Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order before discounts are applied. Please note that these charges apply per recipient address.  The shipping charge will be visible during the checkout process after you enter your shipping zip code.  As a new business, we are not currently able to provide free shipping on all orders but we do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 up to $300 with a delivery address in the contiguous United States. There is a flat shipping rate of $10.00 on U.S. orders that are $300 or more (plus custom taxes and fees if international).

Shipping Types:

We have two shipping options: Standard and Priority Mail.  Standard orders will be shipped by UPS Ground service or USPS First Class service. Priority Mail orders will be shipped via "Priority Mail" by the USPS and delivered within 1-3 business days of the ship date.

Ship To/From

Most orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California with the exception of items that require special handling and/or packaging such as Art Prints.  We currently ship to addresses located in the United States only. However, we're excited to announce that international shipping will be available in 2024.

Many of our products can be customized to create personal stationery, special keepsakes and wonderfully unique gifts. Additional details for each product type are listed on the individual product pages in the description. When ordering products with photos and holiday cards, proofs will be emailed for review and approval prior to printing.

Shipping time frames for personalized orders are listed below. Please note all days are business days excluding holidays.

Shipping Times for Custom Products:

  • Thank You Notes - add 3 to 4 days
  • Stationery & Notecards - add 3 to 4 days
  • Journals/Notebooks - add 3 to 4 days
  • Holiday Cards - add  3 to 4 days after proof approval
  • Photo Cards - add 3 to 4 days after proof approval

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Return/Exchange items must be in the original packaging and in new condition with all labels and tags attached.  ​

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team here and include "Return Request" in the subject line to receive your Return Authorization #.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A Return Authorization is required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and seasonal items (Holiday/Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, calendars/planners, etc.) are FINAL SALE and not returnable. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once the return is processed, we will notify you via email. If approved, then your original form of payment will be refunded minus shipping costs which serves as the restocking fee within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
